UPKLO RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Upklo operates as a business-to-business (B2B) wholesale supplier. All purchases are made by verified business customers for resale or internal business use. By placing an order on Upklo, you agree to the terms outlined below.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL (WHOLESALE POLICY)
All orders placed on Upklo are final sale unless explicitly approved in writing by Upklo before the order is placed.
We do not offer returns or refunds for:

Buyer’s remorse
-
Pricing changes
-
End-customer disputes
-
Marketplace policy issues (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc.)
-
Delays caused by suppliers or carriers
-
Incorrect purchasing decisions
RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA REQUIRED)
If a return is exceptionally approved:

A Return Authorization (RA) must be issued by Upklo in writing.

Returns sent without prior authorization will be refused.

Approved returns must:
-
Be unused and in original packaging
-
Be returned exactly as received
-
Comply with supplier return conditions

FEES & DEDUCTIONS
Approved returns are subject to all applicable costs, including but not limited to:

Supplier restocking fees
-
Original outbound shipping costs
-
Return shipping costs
-
Handling and processing fees
These costs are deducted from any credit issued.
REFUNDS & CREDITS

Cash refunds are not guaranteed.

If approved, returns are issued as store credit only, unless otherwise required by law.

Store credit:
-
Is non-transferable
-
Has no cash value
-
May be used for future purchases only
-
Processing time for approved credits is 7–14 business days after return acceptance by the supplier.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

You must notify Upklo within 48 hours of delivery

Supporting documentation is required:
-
Photos of the item
-
Photos of the packaging
-
Proof of delivery
-
Claims submitted outside this window may be denied.
DELIVERED ORDERS & PROOF OF DELIVERY
An order is considered fulfilled once the carrier confirms delivery.
Upklo is not responsible for:

Stolen packages
-
Carrier misdelivery
-
Incorrect addresses provided by the buyer
-
Delivery disputes after carrier confirmation
Carrier tracking marked “Delivered” constitutes final proof of fulfillment.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

Clearance or sale items
-
Hazardous materials
-
Personal care or hygiene products
-
Custom or special-order items
-
Gift cards
NO CHARGEBACK POLICY
By purchasing from Upklo, you agree:

Not to file chargebacks for delivered or fulfilled orders

To resolve disputes directly with Upklo

That chargebacks filed in violation of this policy constitute a breach of agreement
Excessive or abusive chargebacks may result in:

Immediate account termination
-
Legal recovery of losses
-
Permanent ban from future purchases
EU CUSTOMERS (LIMITED EXCEPTION)
If goods are shipped into the European Union, statutory consumer rights may apply only where legally required. However, wholesale and B2B transactions may be exempt under EU law.
Any EU return request must:

Be submitted within 14 days of delivery

Meet all return authorization requirements above

Be subject to supplier approval and fees
